Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall maintenance of DLZ buildings and grounds
Maintain HVAC systems
Repair plumbing and electrical systems
Perform interior and exterior painting
General maintenance of grounds, including snow and ice removal during winter months and landscaping
Perform roof inspections and minor repairs as needed
General maintenance of office spaces, including changing lamps, replacing ceiling tiles, moving furniture, and assisting with office setups
Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the property
Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with DLZ health and safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Knowledge of building operations and preventative maintenance practices
This position requires 50-60% travel to assigned DLZ office locations
Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred
Experience with energy-saving ideas, materials, or equipment preferred
