Responsibilities

Become a product expert: Dive into our documentation, learn how the platform works, and use that knowledge to help customers succeed
Help customers win: Lead demos, guide proof-of-concepts, and ensure customers see the value
Simplify technical concepts: Break down APIs, integrations, and billing workflows into clear, actionable steps for customers
Own and drive your tasks: Take full responsibility for your work, from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for customers
Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent open source: Show customers why an open-source approach gives them control, transparency, and a better way to scale their business

Required

2 to 4 years of closing experience, ideally with former SDR experience
Experience with developer tools, APIs, or billing/fintech software is helpful
Strong ownership mindset—comfortable building pipeline, leading demos, and managing deals end-to-end
Curiosity, the ability to learn quickly, and a drive to become an expert in the product
Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, relatable ways for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ambitious and accountable—aim for excellence while owning your work and driving it to completion
Reliable and proactive—take initiative, solve problems creatively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
