Responsibilities
Engage directly with VPs and senior business leaders to align technology strategy with business objectives
Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to executive audiences
Translate business strategy into scalable enterprise and AI architecture roadmaps
Act as a strategic advisor across business, product, and technology teams
Lead architecture across complex, large-scale enterprise technology landscapes
Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices
Provide deep expertise across platforms, cloud, integrations, and enterprise ecosystems
Drive strong data architecture practices, including domain modeling and analytics
Design and guide modern AI/ML architectures for enterprise use cases
Demonstrate strong experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI / agentic commerce concepts
Evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models and platforms suitable for enterprise-scale deployment
Lead and deliver AI solutions within retail environments
Qualification
Required
15–18+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture roles
Proven experience operating at the executive level with strong stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of cloud-native, data, and integration architectures
Hands-on and strategic experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and emerging AI paradigms
Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA is required (MUST)
Preferred
Prior experience delivering AI initiatives in retail organizations strongly preferred
