Responsibilities
Identify and establish contact with potential customers to sell and provide custom Audio-Visual solutions
Respond to sales leads in a professional and timely manner
Overcome customer objections, issues, or concerns as necessary
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Generate and submit sales reports to management
Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services and enhancements
Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
Discuss and adopt new sales techniques with the Sales Team and by attending webinars, conferences, and trainings
Attend and manage tradeshows and industry events as needed
Organize responses to bids and requests for proposals ensuring appropriate and competitive information is provided
Qualification
Required
Track record of successful sales and business development
Aptitude for technology and Audio-Visual solutions
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Strong organizational skills
General computer aptitude and proficiency
Ability to create strong customer relationships by delivering excellence in customer service
Enthusiasm and passion for true solution selling
Generate and submit sales reports to management
