Responsibilities
Manage and resolve SNOW tickets, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to hiring managers and suppliers
Independently research issues and provide well-informed, effective solutions
Support hiring managers and suppliers throughout the full requisition and extended worker lifecycle
Coordinate activities including requisition intake calls, approval follow-ups, interview scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, and time/expense management
Operate effectively in high-complexity, dynamic environments
Lead and support hiring ramps based on evolving business needs
Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on schedule, including background checks, compliance documentation, system access, and Day 1 readiness
Partner closely with suppliers, hiring managers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
Coordinate all offboarding activities, including badge collection, system access removal, and completion of required documentation
Assist with the preparation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and clients
Monitor VMS dashboards, identify anomalies, and proactively escalate potential issues
Complete assigned weekly tasks and reports on time, in alignment with manager direction
Ensure all responsibilities meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in contingent labor services, MSP operations, or onsite vendor management
Experience in project or program management
Strong proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS); Fieldglass preferred
Knowledge of effective office administrative procedures and standard office equipment
