Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Mentor and motivate a team of Comfort Advisors and Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales plans that deliver year-over-year growth
Own Performance: Set KPIs, monitor metrics, and ensure consistent execution of sales processes and SOPs
Collaborate for Success: Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and ensure seamless project delivery
Stay Ahead: Maintain deep knowledge of HVAC products, services, and industry trends to keep your team competitive
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales leadership, preferably in residential HVAC or a related industry
