Responsibilities

Stage and kit mobility devices according to client specifications
Package and ship devices in accordance with company and client guidelines
Follow daily task assignments and ensure all work is completed on time to meet SLAs
Track and update device inventory in the management system
Assist with regular inventory counts and help identify discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of asset movement, device status, and deployment history
Conduct inspections to ensure devices meet client requirements and internal quality standards
Report defects, errors, or process issues to the Depot Lead or Supervisor
Work closely with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues
Assist with client onboarding or project deployments as assigned
Follow documented processes and suggest improvements when applicable
Maintain accurate and up-to-date fulfillment and inventory records
Follow all company policies, procedures, and security protocols

Required

Able to work in office (located in Tampa near Tampa International Airport)
Experience in mobility device configuration, deployment, or warehouse/depot operations
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting accuracy and quality standards

Preferred

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
