Responsibilities

Performs a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
Sets up, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots production equipment
Conducts quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications
Follows clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adheres to all quality and safety guidelines
Communicates effectively with co-workers and supervisors
Reads, writes, interprets, and comprehends specifications written in English
Performs basic math calculations accurately
Uses basic measurement tools, including microscopes
Maintains flexibility to work extended or varied hours and reports to work consistently and on time
Pays close attention to detail to ensure product and process quality
Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment
Willingly rotates between different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Physically able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Occasionally lifts or moves items weighing up to 35 pounds

Required

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Brings over two years of manufacturing or assembly experience

Maintains flexibility to work extended or varied hours and reports to work consistently and on time
Pays close attention to detail to ensure product and process quality
