Customer Service Specialist
H&H Group is a global company focused on premium nutrition for adults, kids, and pets in the eCommerce space. Zesty Paws is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide legendary support for their e-commerce and Amazon shoppers, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels.
Nutrition
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, social media, and chat
Provide trends and concerns regarding products to Leadership
Updates documents for company tracking (i.e. excel, PPT, Sharepoint, etc.)
Track and respond to customer concerns via Amazon
Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast paced environment!
Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone
Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on the customer needs and past purchases
Participate in on-going training and coaching programs
Contribute ideas on improving the customer experience!
Maintain various spreadsheets, trackers and reports for marketing promotions and special projects
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment
Vigorous attention to detail in areas such as proofreading
A friendly, positive attitude with a calm and composed demeanor
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
Available on nights/weekends
This role requires you to work on Sunday + 4 weekdays (Saturdays will be off)
