Responsibilities

Supports the development, prioritization and execution of performance improvement opportunities utilizing continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies
Maximizes operational efficiencies and leverages technology to its fullest extent
Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams following the DMAIC roadmap, Lean A3, and/or a combination of any other continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to create business process models, change management procedures, and business process re-engineering
Leads development of value stream mapping and process engineering
Assist in developing key performance metrics and assist business units in establishing efficient ways to track data in a meaningful way

Required

Sound interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams
Strong consulting and advisory skills to lead solution recommendations that drive business performance and operational excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at cultivating support, leading change, and driving acceptance at all organizational levels
Skilled in facilitation techniques to guide discussions, resolve conflicts, and achieve consensus during workshops and improvement initiatives
Self-driven, energetic, and motivated, with the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with organizational goals
Effective team player who collaborates seamlessly to implement sustainable change and coach others through transitions
Ability to document current business processes, facilitate future-state design sessions, and develop repeatable, quantifiable improvements
Persuasive coaching and mentoring capabilities to empower teams and individuals in adopting new processes and technologies
Adaptable and agile, able to manage shifting priorities and lead groups through evolving organizational landscapes
Proficient in analyzing complex data sets, querying databases, and preparing reports/dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
Confident leveraging low-code platforms and workflow automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other productivity tools for documentation, analysis, and presentation
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex reports and regulatory documents with clarity and precision
BS/BA Degree (four year) from an accredited university/college OR 3-7 years' experience in a performance improvement, process engineering, data analytics, or similar role

Preferred

LEAN/Six Sigma Certification
Prior banking experience
Prior Microsoft Power Platform experience
