Responsibilities
Lead IT and infrastructure-related projects, including security and construction initiatives, from project kickoff through delivery
Manage high-level milestone planning and tracking across multiple projects
Coordinate and collaborate with global teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution
Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Lead and guide project delivery teams, providing direction to meet project goals and objectives
Develop and implement project communication plans, including meetings, written status reports, and meeting minutes
Ensure project data integrity and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation
Track project progress against approved goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
Identify variances and develop action plans to keep projects on schedule and aligned with objectives
Establish and manage project-level deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
