Senior Vice President of Sales
Little Leaf Farms is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead their Key Account team and broker network for profitable growth across national and regional retailers. The role involves building strong customer partnerships and executing business plans aligned with the company's strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
Lead and coach Key Account Directors to achieve annual revenue, distribution, and profitability targets
Build and maintain top-to-top relationships with major grocery retailers and broker partners
Oversee joint business planning, product line reviews, and promotional execution with priority accounts
Ensure consistent forecasting, order fulfillment, and deduction management across all accounts
Translate CRO’s revenue strategy into actionable account plans and broker objectives
Drive expansion across conventional grocery, club, and specialty channels with disciplined cost-to-serve guardrails
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to accelerate national growth
Partner with Category Management and Marketing to deliver compelling category stories and shopper insights
Monitor trade spend effectiveness and enforce pre/post-event ROI reviews
Support pricing architecture and pack size strategies to optimize mix and margin
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Growing, Sales Operations and Marketing to align demand with supply and ensure flawless execution
Provide market-level insights to inform production planning and innovation roadmaps
Build a high-performing sales team with clear roles, accountability, and development plans in support of a future national sales model footprint
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in fresh/perishable or consumer packaged goods categories
Proven success managing national and regional grocery accounts; Kroger or Publix experience strongly preferred
Expertise in broker management and syndicated data tools
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L components
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
