Regional Sales Director - Enterprise (SLED) - (SaaS) - US Remote
Saiyo.io is a proven, high-growth enterprise SaaS company operating in the cloud integration and automation space. They are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead their SLED enterprise sales strategy, drive complex public sector deals, and build a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
Own the enterprise SLED number and regional go-to-market strategy
Lead, hire, and develop a team of enterprise and SLED-focused sellers
Drive complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder public sector deals
Establish operating rhythm, forecasting discipline, and performance standards
Partner cross-functionally across marketing, partners, pre-sales, and customer teams
Act as a senior representative of the business across key public sector relationships
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with significant leadership responsibility
Direct, recent experience selling into SLED accounts (state, local government, education)
A proven record of leading enterprise teams against strategic, regional objectives
Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-year public sector deals
Experience building, coaching, and scaling senior sales teams
Strong operational command: forecasting, pipeline governance, and deal inspection
Executive presence and comfort engaging senior public sector stakeholders
Preferred
Background in data, integration, or enterprise technology markets is a strong advantage
