Responsibilities
Welcome patients warmly and guide them through their visit experience
Guide patients from questions to confident decisions, helping them move forward with life-changing vision correction
Build trust, overcome hesitation, and drive bookings through clear, empathetic, value-based conversations
Support the sales funnel for services offered including owning the process for patient follow-up and scheduling, turning interest into action and consults into surgeries
Collect intake information and perform diagnostic testing and imaging
Educate patients on procedures in clear, reassuring, easy-to-understand language
Support booking, follow-up calls, will-call-back lists, and rescheduling
Proactively follow up with no-shows and cancelled surgeries to keep patients engaged
Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and patient-ready
Enter and update patient information accurately in the system
Work closely with doctors and teammates to ensure smooth daily flow
Adjust schedules as needed to support patient care and office efficiency
Provide outstanding customer service that builds trust, customer loyalty and long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Customer-focused, driven, and collaborative
3 years + of sales and/or strong customer service experience
Help patients move forward in the elective vision process with confidence — from consult → decision → treatment → long-term care
Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people make decisions
Strong multitasker who stays calm in a fast-paced environment
Sales, hospitality, customer service, or patient-facing experience is a plus
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Willing to travel to company locations as needed
Positive attitude with strong follow-through and accountability
Ophthalmology: 1 year (Required)
Spanish (Required)
Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
