Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines supporting patient- and therapist-facing applications
Develop and operate cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Ensure HIPAA compliance across backend systems, including secure PHI handling, audit logging, and access controls
Create well-structured, well-documented REST APIs with strong validation, error handling, and observability
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to maintain system reliability and enable rapid issue resolution
Collaborate closely with Frontend, Product, and Clinical teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions

Required

10+ years of professional backend software development experience
