Responsibilities

Assists Market Analysts the gathering materials for Request for Proposal (RFP) process
Assists Market Analysts to pull client utilization reports from carrier websites
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with carrier partners
Assist team to maintain accurate, current, organized, and complete market information in internal databases
Assists team and clients as necessary with special projects
Assists with carrier certificate review, new product application tracking, new client data gathering
Build and maintain client benefit guides and open enrollment presentations
Various duties as assigned by management

Preferred

Marketing and/or Business, Math, Accounting or related field, preferred
Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, preferred
Experience with Brainshark, Flipsnak a plus
Experience at carrier, general agency or company in a benefits support role, a plus
Knowledge of group insurance including medical, dental, CDHP, pharmacy, life and disability products
Experience with database applications, a plus
