Responsibilities

Responsible for training Catalogue maintenance and organization

Duties include training interns and ERDs every year, creating, organizing, and deploying training in current location (Enable Now), building new training in Workday, and creating a more comprehensive set of engineering training material specifically for new and onboard engineers

New training identified

Training format decided. (virtual, in person, one pager, course, quick start, reference doc,etc)

Provide requirements to training resource team

Manage the creation of training material

Review, publish, advertise newly created training

Required

5-10 years of engineering experience

Bachelor/associates degree with 7+ years' experience

Written Communication and organization with respect to training/informational documents

Understand use of Teamcenter, Creo, Visualization (JT) Files
