In this role, you will provide outstanding service to clients and support medical teams while managing appointment scheduling and communications.

Responsibilities

Answering high-volume phone calls and routing them appropriately
Scheduling new patient consults and follow-up appointments
Managing patient discharges and check-outs with accuracy and empathy
Reviewing and organizing referrals and medical records
Communicating with clients about upcoming visits and care plans
Coordinating appointment flow across multiple departments and specialists
Providing professional and friendly service at all times—both in person and over the phone

Qualification

Veterinary reception experienceMulti-line phone handlingOrganizational skillsAttention to detailClient-first mindsetFluency in multiple languagesFluent in EnglishTeam playerCommunication

Required

Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred (specialty or referral experience is a plus!)
Comfortable handling multi-line phones, detailed scheduling, and fast-paced interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and remain calm under pressure
A team player with excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus
