ElevatED Systems is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer to support the design and development of high-quality learning solutions. This role focuses on delivering defined project outcomes and offers opportunities to expand into project coordination and delivery leadership as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive eLearning modules aligned to defined project requirements

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)

Create storyboards, assessments, course assets, and supporting documentation

Develop and publish courses using tools such as Articulate, Adobe and Canva

Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards (WCAG/508)

Collaborate with subject matter experts and client stakeholders to validate content and outcomes

Conduct quality reviews and revisions based on feedback and performance data

As projects expand, support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional contributors
