Responsibilities

Develops management reports to identify financial performance trends

Enhances and streamlines reporting processes across contracts and business channels

Collaborates with leadership to reconcile financial projections for revenue, expenses, and cash flow

Tracks and ensures timely resolution of vendor issues

Conducts competitive analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth, margin improvement, and efficiency gains

Classifies data (e.g., customer segmentation) to meet client and internal reporting requirements for payment distribution and other concerns

Supports development and adoption of business intelligence tools; delivers reporting solutions and KPI dashboards for regular monitoring

Partners with Business Intelligence to create competitive advantages and meet stakeholder needs through data insights

Provides financial analysis to support initiatives that drive program participation and enrollment

Communicates plans and progress to senior management; stays aligned with business direction and customer needs

Maintains clear interdepartmental communication; documents processes and procedures for core responsibilities

Minimal travel

Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department

Comply with Gateway’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Gateway’s Compliance Program

Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists

Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes

Required

Familiarity with Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence applications and standard reporting

Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills; a proactive, high-performing professional capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain workflow control, and consistently meet deadlines

Strong collaboration, problem-solving, customer service, and technical proficiency

Advanced analytical skills in financial modeling with fluency in profitability calculations

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5+ years of related experience in healthcare industry (pharmacy benefit management, managed care, or self-insured employer health care services highly preferred)

Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates preferred

SQL expertise highly preferred
