Responsibilities
Lead the Analytics team across business verticals, setting the vision, strategy, and goals for the analytics function across the organization
Partner with GTM teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Support & Product, to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights
Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and priorities
Ensure seamless integration of analytics into GTM strategies and operations
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the analytics team and across the company
Provide professional leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to analysts embedded within cross-functional GTM teams
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new analytics team members
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to analysts
Establish and enforce, in collaboration with the Data Platform team, data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
Monitor and improve the quality of data and analytics outputs
Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Located within EST zone US state, with proven ability working with a global team across multiple time zones
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role either in a centralized or decentralized model
Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics teams
Strong understanding of GTM strategies and experience working with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R
Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI system
Experience in building and maintaining a Data Warehouse
Experience with data governance and data quality management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
