The Midtown Group is seeking a high-level Senior Solution Architect / Program Manager to join their team as a strategic leader. In this role, you will guide clients through strategic planning and execution of complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead clients through the initial "Phase 0" strategic planning process, identifying gaps, business needs, and defining the long-term roadmap before the project fully kicks off

Serve as a hybrid expert who can architect the solution and assist in the implementation

Act as a highly visible, client-facing leader representing Aspire HR

Manage and execute large-scale, full-suite SAP SuccessFactors projects, particularly those involving transitions from on-premise environments to the cloud

Required

proven experience as a Solution Architect, Program Manager, or highly experienced Project Manager within the SAP ecosystem

A strong background in Payroll is strictly required for this position. You must understand how Employee Central interacts with complex payroll functions

The ability to be a 'doer' (technical implementer) and a leader (program manager) simultaneously

Previous experience in a consulting role is highly preferred; you must be comfortable managing the pace and demands of client-facing work

US Citizenship is required due to the nature of our regulated work and client base

Must be able to pass a comprehensive 10-year background check, including financial history
