Responsibilities
Support daily accounting and finance functions within Epicor ERP
Assist with GL, AP, AR, journal entries, month-end close, and account reconciliations
Ensure financial data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Epicor
Support standard financial reporting, analysis, and basic troubleshooting
Act as a liaison between Accounting and Operations on ERP-related finance questions
Assist with process improvements and adherence to ERP best practices
Provide ERP-related support during audits and financial reviews as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong accounting background; manufacturing experience preferred
Hands-on exposure to Epicor ERP (any version) or a comparable ERP system
Solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, and month-end close processes
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting Epicor Finance modules
Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimizations (support capacity)
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
