Digital and New Media Fundraising Coordinator
SoTalent is an established nonprofit organization seeking a Digital and New Media Fundraising Coordinator to support its Digital Acquisition program. This role focuses on acquiring and retaining donors through paid digital media and involves campaign coordination, reporting, and tracking across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities
Coordinate digital fundraising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, mobile, and emerging digital channels
Route creative assets and campaign materials between internal teams and external vendors
Support paid search efforts using platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360
Support paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Pinterest
Monitor and manage online brand reputation by responding to comments on digital ads in line with brand guidelines and escalating issues when needed
Coordinate donation form updates and asset requests with internal digital marketing teams
Ensure all digital ads meet platform specifications prior to launch
Assist with pausing or removing expired or underperforming ads
Support organic social fundraising efforts and integrated cross-channel campaigns
Run campaign performance and donation reports using CRM and analytics tools
Compile insights and distribute reports to internal stakeholders and external partners
Monitor paid media performance, identifying trends, fluctuations, and optimization opportunities
Support ongoing analysis to inform strategic recommendations and campaign improvements
Create and manage tracked URLs for digital acquisition campaigns
Partner with data and analytics teams to implement CRM tracking codes
Deploy and update tracking pixels using Google Tag Manager
Perform QA on new tracking implementations and investigate conversion discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or fundraising
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles
Hands-on experience with: Paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360), Paid social advertising platforms, Social media and digital advertising ecosystems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
Preferred
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus
