Responsibilities
Hire and train Service Technicians in compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring they are well-prepared and licensed for the role
Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings and trainings to review services, processes, and protocols
Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings
Monitor technician schedules, manage service routes (including high-priority or emergency routes), run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, and cleanliness standards are met
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role
Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control applicators licensing from the department of agriculture
Preferred
1+ year of pest control experience
