They are seeking an Architectural Designer to prepare architectural designs, create scale drawings, and collaborate under the mentorship of licensed Architects across various design stages.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs

Prepare scale drawings and contract documents

Follow project design guides and templates

Research materials and assemble details

Work collaboratively under the mentorship of seasoned, licensed Architects

Move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation

Qualification

Required

BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university

2+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)

Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD

Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work

Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Preferred

Enrollment in the AIA Architectural Experience Program/Intern Development Program
