Trust Specialist
Vanguard is a company focused on the long-term financial wellbeing of its clients. They are seeking a Trust Specialist to conduct analyses of trust documents, administer trust accounts, and serve as a key contact for clients and their advisors.

Responsibilities
Conducts initial analyses of trust documents to determine acceptability and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Communicates processes, procedures, and requirements to clients, as needed
Completes day to day administration of trust accounts. This may include coordinating and facilitating transactions, new account openings, terminations, beneficiary updates, and account reviews
Act as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors in partnership with Senior Trust Advisors. May prepare client presentation materials and participate in client meetings
Maintains understanding of trust administration as well as all compliance, regulatory, and departmental policies
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Three years of experience in the wealth management industry required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation (or ability to obtain within departmental guidelines) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required
Preferred
Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates space preferred
