Responsibilities
Work on all phases of project development, from schematic to construction admin
Interior architectural space planning and design development
Construction documents and coordination
Millwork design and finish details
RCP’s and custom lighting design
FF&E selections and specifications
Coordinate with outside consultants including, architects, MEP team, and contractors
Client coordination and presentations
Qualification
Required
2-7 years of related experience as an Interior Designer
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Proficient in Revit and Auto CAD required
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds MAX preferred or other rendering programs
