Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork

Track agents' licensing progress

Ensure compliance documents are filed accurately

Manage candidate communications

Send timely text updates

Keep backend records spotless

Schedule interviews

Support managers with administrative tasks

Ability to serve as the first point of contact for candidates, managers, and visitors in a high-energy business environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with professional texting, emailing, and in-person communication for onboarding, interviews, and internal coordination

Attentiveness to detail and organization

Ability to manage onboarding documents, licensing paperwork, backend records, and follow-ups without errors

Excellent time management under pressure

Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously: candidate check-ins, new hire support, document processing, and internal requests

Basic technical competency, including: comfort using email, text platforms, shared drives, document uploads, and internal systems (CRM/ATS preferred but not required)

Punctual, consistent, and able to operate in a structured, performance-driven environment
