Qualification
Required
At least three years of experience in restructuring law
Experience working on Chapter 11 cases
Experience with cross-border insolvencies
Experience with workouts and litigation
Ability to represent debtors, creditors, and official committees
Direct client interaction experience
Courtroom exposure
Ability to shape strategy on complex restructuring matters
