Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses per schematics, work instructions, and IPC-A-610 standards
Perform soldering, crimping, tinning, and conformal coating using approved techniques
Apply adhesives, masking/de-masking, and install hardware as required
Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
Conduct functional testing and inspection to ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA requirements
Maintain accurate production records and complete data entry for assembly operations
Follow all safety, ESD, and regulatory guidelines, report unsafe conditions promptly
Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with 6S principles
Meet productivity and quality standards; monitor own work for accuracy and thoroughness
Collaborate with team members to resolve assembly issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned to meet production schedules

Required

High school diploma or GED required
One to three years of related experience in electronics assembly or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly instructions, and process documentation
Basic math skills and proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments
Ability to monitor own work for accuracy and thoroughness; collaborate to resolve issues and support improvements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 50 lbs
Good vision for detailed work, including color differentiation
