Responsibilities
Ability to create and evaluate and improve existing CNC programs for vertical and horizontal lathes, and multi-axis (4-5 axis) milling machines
Solid understanding of feeds and speeds for aerospace materials
Tool selection and process layout on a consistent basis, working with customers to ensure work can be accomplished
Qualification
Required
Experience with complex aerospace parts including milling and turning processes
Unigraphics NX experience
Lean manufacturing technique
Ability to read blueprints
Speak and write reports in English
