Responsibilities

Manage and resolve firewall-related tickets and implement project tasks as assigned
Configure and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and associated technologies
Utilize Panorama for centralized firewall management
Implement and troubleshoot ADEM and Prisma VPN solutions
Develop and enforce App-ID and User-ID based ACL/rules (application and identity-based, not port-based)
Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure compliance and best practices

Qualification

Required

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
Strong understanding of ADEM, Prisma VPN, and identity-based access control
Ability to create and manage App-ID and User-ID rules
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with certificate-based authentication and integration with tools like Cisco Client or Aruba ClearPass
Familiarity with network security best practices and compliance standards
