Technology Navigators is seeking a high-volume candidate processing specialist to manage and move large numbers of candidates through an established hiring process. This role focuses on processing candidates efficiently within an applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth progression through hiring stages.

Responsibilities

Process and manage a high volume of inbound candidates through defined hiring stages

Review candidate information, applications, and data for completeness and alignment with basic requirements

Conduct high-volume screening activities (data review, compensation alignment, eligibility checks, next-step readiness)

Move candidates through the ATS quickly and accurately, ensuring proper status updates and documentation

Communicate next steps, process updates, and offer-related information to candidates as needed

Ensure candidates progress smoothly through internal systems and workflows

Maintain accuracy and consistency while working under tight timelines and volume-driven goals

Qualification

Required

Proven experience working in high-volume, process-driven environments (recruiting operations, HR operations, onboarding, admissions processing, customer operations, data processing, or similar)

Strong experience using ATS, CRM, or workflow tracking systems

Ability to manage repetitive tasks at scale while maintaining attention to detail

Comfortable handling candidate data, compensation details, and process compliance

Highly organized, efficient, and able to meet daily throughput targets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Background in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent operations

Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale hiring initiatives
