Responsibilities
Interpret build prints; execute builds to exact customer specs
Compute unspecified dimensions; perform layout across diverse materials
Define reference points and tooling holes using straightedges and precision measurement
Fit, assemble, and align tooling components; lead or support team assembly for Aerospace customers
Repair and rework tools to restore functionality and compliance
Produce sketches/diagrams to guide fabrication
Operate equipment as needed: lathes, Bridgeports, and grinders
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience as a fixture builder in Aerospace
Proficiency with GD&T concepts and application
Blueprint literacy (read, interpret, act)
Strong math, written, and verbal communication
Excellent organization and follow-through
Deadline-driven mindset with awareness of business impacts
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
CATIA V5 and ENOVIA experience preferred
Exposure to ISO 9001 and AS9100 environments desired
