EOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ADMIN SPECIALIST

Medilinkers LLC is seeking an EOR Business Development and Admin Specialist who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Employer of Record services while supporting business development efforts. The role involves operational excellence, compliance leadership, and providing pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure long-term account growth.

Responsibilities

Support the pre-sales cycle for EOR and HR outsourcing opportunities by acting as a subject-matter expert
Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to explain the EOR model, compliance framework, and operational approach
Assist in preparing commercial proposals, cost simulations, and onboarding timelines for EOR engagements
Provide input on pricing logic, feasibility assessments, and operational risks during the sales cycle
Support client onboarding and transition from sales to operations to ensure a seamless handover
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (additional countries, payroll, HR services, visas, benefits administration)
Support renewals, contract amendments, and scope expansions for existing EOR clients
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive service, issue resolution, and advisory support
Serve as a primary operational contact for assigned EOR and HR outsourcing clients
Provide clear guidance to clients on local employment practices, compliance requirements, and HR processes
Support client onboarding by explaining EOR models, documentation requirements, and timelines
Proactively escalate risks, compliance issues, or service gaps to management
Manage work permits, residency permits, visas, and renewals for expatriate employees under EOR
Liaise with ministries, labor offices, social security institutions, and immigration authorities
Track permit validity, renewal timelines, and compliance obligations
Contribute to EOR playbooks, SOPs, sales enablement materials, and FAQs
Support training of sales teams on EOR models, compliance requirements, and operational constraints
Ensure consistent application of EOR policies and procedures across clients and jurisdictions
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR, EOR, and administrative SOPs
Support automation and system usage for HRMS, employee self-service, and document management
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across clients and jurisdictions where applicable

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a college degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
5–7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, EOR services, HR outsourcing, or personnel administration
Strong working knowledge of local labor law, social security, and employment regulations (Jordan and/or GCC preferred)
Practical experience coordinating payroll inputs and statutory compliance
Experience dealing with government entities and regulatory authorities is highly desirable
Strong understanding of Employer of Record and HR outsourcing models
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
Client-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and employee cases simultaneously
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in HR systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
