Kunes Auto Group is transforming Chevrolet of Lake Bluff into a premier luxury-focused dealership serving Chicago’s North Shore. We are seeking a Sales Manager willing to make 100+ calls per day while leading a high-performance sales team.
Construction
Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls daily
Work internet, phone, and showroom leads
Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales consultants
Enforce luxury-level sales and follow-up processes
Set standards for calls, appointments, shows, closings, and gross profit
Desk deals and structure trades
Monitor CRM usage and pipeline health
Drive front-end and total store gross profit
Qualification
Required
Proven automotive sales management experience
Strong phone and closing ability
Deep understanding of internet leads and CRM systems
Passion for luxury vehicles
Willingness to outwork the team
Background check required
