Responsibilities

Develop and enhance AI/ML forecasting models for demand and supply planning
Integrate advanced forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Bayesian models, RNN/LSTM) with hybrid AI approaches
Conduct customer segmentation using ML and run scenario-based forecasts for optimal scaling
Validate AI improvements through POCs and collaborate on capacity roadmaps with infrastructure teams
Automate forecasting, reporting, and analytics workflows, delivering end-to-end ML solution management
