Evaluating and managing labor and employment cases, developing effective legal strategies

Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements

In addition, may draft various agreements pertaining to employee conduct, policies and regulatory compliance, as necessary

Advising and representing clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediations

Draft various agreements pertaining to employment laws, regulatory compliance, and negotiations

Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
