Responsibilities

Perform hands-on tasks in the assigned area of production including order picking, packing, inventory management, and product handling
Provide leadership and direction to seasonal and temporary employees, acting as the primary point of contact on the floor especially during peak season
Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning tools to manage inventory flow and resolve discrepancies
Identify workflow issues or process inefficiencies and propose alternate methods to improve speed and accuracy
Communicate area needs and progress to warehouse supervisors and other team leads
Ensure work area cleanliness and organization meets company safety and sanitation standards
Support special projects, cross-training initiatives, and other operational priorities as needed

Required

Hands-on team leader responsible for executing floor-level tasks
Understanding of workflow, including material movement, inventory handling, and order processing
