Event Staff
Horizon Point Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join their dynamic team for various upcoming events. The role involves ensuring that all aspects of each event run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on customer service and event logistics.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Set up and dismantle event equipment and furniture according to event specifications
Assist in managing event registration and greet attendees upon arrival
Provide excellent customer service throughout the event to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor event activities to ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations
Fulfill food and beverage requests during events, coordinating with catering staff as necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces during and after events
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as required for event setup
Preferred
Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of event logistics and planning principles is a plus
