They are seeking a highly organized Data Entry Analyst to support the Quality Control team by performing data entry, data trending activities, and maintaining laboratory data.

Responsibilities

Perform preliminary review of environmental monitoring and laboratory documentation across all Kincell facilities

Perform data entry for all environmental monitoring results and laboratory data for all Kincell facilities

Generate and maintain spreadsheets to support data entry and reporting

Generate data trending reports to support investigations

Generate and maintain data trending graphs to support quarterly and annual data trending reports

Maintain organized and detailed records of entered data

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information

Escalate any OOS trends to leadership immediately

Successfully work with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments and organizations

Follow established data entry procedures and meet departmental deadlines

Support administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs
