Customer Service Manager, Coffee Services
Canteen North America is seeking a customer-focused leader to join their team as a Customer Service Manager for Coffee Services. In this role, you will champion outstanding customer experiences, strengthen client partnerships, and drive revenue through proactive account management and business development.
Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers, serving as a trusted partner who ensures satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success
Guide new customers through onboarding, delivering hands-on training and ongoing support across our full portfolio of products and services
Stay connected with your accounts, regularly reviewing performance, understanding evolving needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
Monitor account health and profitability, conducting routine audits to ensure strong ROI and sustainable growth
Act as a customer advocate, bringing insights and feedback back to the business to continuously improve customer experience
Qualification
Required
A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering world-class service
A valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (or as required by state) with a clean driving record
1–2 years of customer service experience, or at least 1 year in a related role
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed
Preferred
A bachelor's degree preferred; an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Coffee or café industry experience is a plus
