Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction operations on-site and ensure projects are progressing as scheduled
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient project workflow
Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality and adherence to safety standards and regulations, including OSHA compliance
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans and timelines
Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise
Prepare and submit progress reports, budgets, and forecasts as needed
Address any site issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably in multifamily housing, student housing, or condominiums
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with clients
Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
