AGT Software Partners is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with mandatory InsureMO experience to join their growing insurance technology practice. This role involves designing, building, and supporting scalable insurance solutions across various workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end insurance solutions using the InsureMO platform
Build and customize insurance products, workflows, rules, and integrations
Develop and maintain front-end components and back-end services supporting InsureMO implementations
Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with BAs and PMs
Integrate InsureMO with external systems, APIs, and third-party services
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across the full stack
Support production environments and resolve defects and performance issues
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices

Required

2-6 years of overall software engineering experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on InsureMO experience (mandatory)
Strong experience with low-code / no-code insurance platforms
Solid understanding of insurance business processes: Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims
Experience with API development and integration (REST / SOAP)
Full-stack development experience: Front-end: JavaScript, modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, or similar); Back-end: Java, Node.js, or similar server-side technologies
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of insurance data standards (ACORD, AL3)
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
Prior experience with platforms such as Unqork, Duck Creek, or Guidewire (in addition to InsureMO)
