Responsibilities
Responsible for financial reporting and analysis of corporate financials; management reports, cash flow analysis, treasury oversight and other financial areas
Supervise and mentor staff in settlements, royalties, division order, contracts, etc
Assist in providing a culturally pleasant and professional working environment for the teams
Oversight of areas of operational accounting, general ledger, a/r, cash, contracts, settlements, etc
Will be involved in testing, implementing and using new accounting system
Other reporting and analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in GAAP financial reporting and accounting and analysis in midstream sector
Proven management and mentoring skillset in a positive uplifting environment
Strong excel and general accounting/software system skills
Top communication skills; written and verbal
Preferred
CPA a plus
previous system implementation experience preferred
