Responsibilities
Conducting asset level due diligence for prospective investment opportunities
Processing and analyzing large data sets within transaction timelines
Creating due diligence results memoranda for deal team review and evaluation
Work with counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve due diligence and data related discrepancies
Managing third party data vendors
Coordinating with internal business units to improve investment process efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Holds a bachelor's degree (minimum)
Takes pride in their work and is able manage multiple projects and deadlines
Is self-motivated, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is adept at both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can problem solve with creative ideas and solutions
Is able to consistently produce a high volume of work output without sacrificing quality
Has a flexible and resilient personality
Preferred
Has 1-4 years of relevant professional experience
Has experience and is familiar with basic consumer facing lender documents (i.e. mortgage etc.)
Experience underwriting consumer or mortgage related loans
Is proficient with Excel (experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, etc. is a bonus)
