Responsibilities
Provide operational support for BI platforms including Tableau, Cognos, ThoughtSpot, and Alteryx
Troubleshoot access issues and manage daily user provisioning
Perform server patching, upgrades, and routine health checks
Manage incident, request, and change tickets in ServiceNow
Support onboarding of new BI applications and tools
Develop usage metrics, audit dashboards, and system documentation
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders
Communicate maintenance activities and resolve production issues
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 6 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data platforms
Strong experience with BI tool administration and upgrades
Proficiency with AWS (EC2, ALB, Route53, security groups)
Experience with SSO, SAML, Azure AD, IIS, and role-based access
Hands-on experience with SQL and database technologies
Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar)
Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
