Responsibilities
Lead mission-critical initiatives to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our digital presence
Drive impactful work in a collaborative environment with a focus on risk management and operational excellence
Use your full-stack development skills to architect and manage high-performing, secure web solutions
Engage with the senior leadership at the company directly to influence roadmap for Web Presence
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of APIs & web platforms, guiding their migration to AWS with a focus on reliability and scalability
Champion best practices in secure full-stack development and drive unified solutions for automation, deployment, and monitoring
Emphasize risk reduction by implementing robust security measures, proactively mitigating threats, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Optimize for cloud-native architectures while implementing best practices to improve reliability, performance, responsiveness, stability of our services while efficiently managing cost in the cloud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and set clear KPIs to track performance, risks, and system health
Define a unified vision for the company’s cloud presence, staying ahead of trends to future-proof systems
Prioritize risk management and operational efficiency to ensure the long-term success of all cloud initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in leadership roles managing cloud development and operations teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Skilled at mentoring and developing team members while fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation
Proven expertise as a full-stack developer, with hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Python)
Proven experience in cloud, preferably with AWS
Adept at aligning team strengths with project requirements to optimize performance and create growth opportunities
Extensive experience managing external-facing web properties with a focus on user experience, operational excellence, and reliability
Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and deliver secure, stable platforms
