Program Manager II, Strategy and Operations, Cloud Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Lead high-impact strategic projects and drive them from conception to execution
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational issues and implement process improvements
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with business goals
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and measure program success
Support business operations work, such as headcount planning, resource management, and tracking key operational metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in strategy, program management, or management consulting
Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms
Preferred
5 years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, or management consulting
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with financial planning and analysis (e.g., financial modeling, budget forecasting, statistical analysis)
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, dashboards)
